Hello. I am Gemma Lane, owner of Hidden Gem – Your Virtual PA. I have a passion for administration and organisation and have turned this into a business. I help individuals, families, charities and businesses with their administration, so they can either focus on driving their business forwards and /or enjoying their leisure time.

I save people time, money and stress by carrying out admin and business support tasks. These tasks range from process streamlining, newsletter production , diary mgt, travel itineraries, expenses and invoicing through to lifestyle tasks such as looking at your current contracts and finding you a better deal, renewing insurances, booking your car for a service, online shopping, party planning, contractor liaison and much more. I also undertake one off project work such as decluttering for a house or office move, research and so on.
